Human Potential is a proud CrossFit affiliate. We are happy to be the first to bring Goshen and Orange County the CrossFit strength and conditioning program.
What is CrossFit?
• CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
• Our program delivers fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, sports and life reward this kind of fitness and generally punish the specialist suffering from both physical and neural adaptation and overuse.
• CrossFit uses functional exercises crafted to compliment our bodies natural movement behaviors – which is not along a path predetermined by a machine – but is made to run, jump, push, pull, throw and stand (from a squat.)
• You will learn to properly perform and modify a variety of calisthenics, weight and Olympic lifting and various athletic movements.

Why CrossFit Goshen at Human Potential?
Although Human Potential has achieved its recognition for Personal Training, Pilates and Muscle Activation Techniques, our small group training was growing and running parallel to the CrossFit concept. Becoming affiliated with CrossFit was natural as both companies reflect many similar attributes. CrossFit compliments our commitment to providing the leadership and information our clients want in creating a fitness lifestyle. We retain our individualized environment by keeping the trainer – client ratio at 1:6.
How to get started
Everyone starts with four Elements sessions. During these sessions you will learn the foundational movements required to participate in CrossFit. These one-hour sessions are completed within four weeks. First Session is Free.
